The new collection of natural volume treatments with rose extracts
"The women whose hair I've been coloring for more than 20 years all want the same thing: for their initial color to last as long as possible, without developing red, yellow or grey overtones… They are careful to deeply treat their hair to preserve its volume and shine, but most of them, especially women with fine hair, are afraid of having their hair weighed down by the effects of some deep treatments.
Volume-enhancing styling products, shampoos and conditioners are often "boosted" with alcohol or volumizing ingredients that produce instant results but prevent hair color from lasting.
They can even cause color to fade and pigments to turn very quickly. The expectations for volume-enhancing results are incredibly high, and choices must be made between treating the hair and protecting the color to strike the right balance.
To address the needs of women who want to maintain their fine, colored hair while still enjoying long-lasting color, I spent many months working with my formula experts to create a new collection of 3 treatments.
They combine gentle cleansing, hair repair and reasonable results in terms of natural volume and hold.
As you know, I have long believed in the benefits of natural ingredients (lemon, wheat germ, blueberry, etc.), which have proven their worth throughout history, and of certain newer ingredients made available by recent discoveries. Since I love the roses in my Breton garden, I wanted to use their repairing, antioxidant and soothing properties in haircare treatments.
I am happy to present my new treatments formulated around 3 rose extracts. They soothe scalps that have been sensitized by hair coloring, they repair hair while preserving the look of fresh color, and the cherry on top is that they provide real styling hold along with natural, lasting volume without drying hair or leaving it dull.
For more than a year, I have been testing the most promising possibilities on the hair of my most demanding customers, and impartially collecting their impressions and opinions. The result is this collection, which they described as "incredible".
